What is your return policy for backpacks and gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that personalized gear is final sale.
Are your backpacks waterproof?
Most of our backpacks are water-resistant and treated with a durable water repellent (DWR) coating. Specific 'Extreme' series models are fully waterproof and submersible.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all The Backpackers Shop products come with a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
How do I choose the right size backpack for my frame?
We provide a detailed sizing guide on each product page. We recommend measuring your torso length from the C7 vertebra to the iliac crest for the most accurate fit.
