Returns & Exchanges

At The Backpackers Shop, we want you to be fully prepared for your next adventure; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel and equipment must be in original, unworn condition with all tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manufacturer tags and labels are still attached to the products.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
